Questionwill vitamins help plants grow.
AnswerHi Treaman,
What do you mean by "vitamins?" Vitamins that are used by humans (A, B, C, D, E, etc.)have no relevance to plants. Plants do have nutrient needs. They include nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and a number of other minor and trace elements.
Plants use these nutrients in very small quantities and consequently, plant food or fertilizer rarely makes a significant difference in plant health.
For more information on plant nutrition, send me an email and I will send you my article on plant fertilizers. You may be suprised at what I have to report.
Please let me know if any of this is unclear or if you have any additional questions.
