Why do you suspect nematodes? They are not common in indoor plants and they are very difficult to identify without have a lab analysis done.
Nematicides are designed specifiably to treat nematodes, but they are not all that effective and usually require repeat treatment again in several months.
If you are positive you have nematodes, my recommendation would be to discard the plant as treating them is expensive and difficult.
