Question
my dragon plant has started to have holes in the leaves like something is eating it I have looked and can not find any nastys but l have found little brown smuges that look like dirt they come off easy and are small and round help

The brown things are droppings from the bug that is eating your plant.

Is it outside?

Get a insect spray that is safe for ornamental plant and spray that baby.  I do not know what is near you so go to your local greenhouse and ask them what they carry that can best help you.
