I HAVE WHAT I BELIEVE TO BE MADAGASCAR DRAGON TREES ABOUT 18IN. TALL.  HOW DO I TRANSPLANT & CARE FOR IT INDOORS. HOW MUCH WATER LIGHT ETC..

Why do you think it needs repotted? Let me know what size (diameter) pot it is in and I will let you know what size you should go to.  Make sure it is in a pot with a drainage hole and a drain tray under it.

For light it needs bright enough light to read by but no direct sun.

When watering it you need to give it enough water to moisten all the soil in the pot then do not water it again untill the soil seems bone dry.

Let me know that pot size and we will discuss the repotting more in depth.
