I'm not sure what your question is?  I'm guessing it is about mixing soil for cacti. I use 1 part regular potting soil mixed with 1 part perlite and 1 part sand.

Watering with tea is fine when the plants are bone dry. If you have other questions write again and plaese be more specific. Good luck.
