QuestionCould you tell anything about the hibicus plant I have one and know absolutly nothing so any ibformation would be helpful. Thanks Duane
AnswerDuane,
I have a brother with the same name! I love hibiscus! They are wonderful tropical sun worshippers. This time of year they should be outdoors in full sun. Fertilze them with a water soluable fertilizer like Miracle grow on a regular basis and enjoy. In the fall take the plant indoors when the night temperatures start falling below 50 degrees. Put it in front of a south facing window with no covering during the day. When it stops producing flowers in January prune it back to 12 of it's size. After 2 years repot it in the spring to a pot that has a 2 inches larger diameter than the current one. If you have more specific questions write again.
