I HAVE HAD THIS PLANT FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS NOW.IT IS ABOUT 3 FEET. HOW LONG WELL I BE ABELE TO KEEP IT?WE LIVE IN A TOWN HOUSE. SO I CANNOT PLANT IT OUTSIDE.CAN I PRUNE IT TO KEEP IT SMALL?    THANK YOU SANDRA

Yes you can prune it to help keep it smaller. Above all do not repot it into a larger pot. The bigger the pot the larger the plant. You can successfully keep it in the same pot for 10+ years. Or you can use Rootone rooting hormone and start cuttings in smaller pots. Once they are going you can give your larger plant to a friend that has more room and grow a smalller one. You can keep that cycle going for years. Many people find it challenging to grow new plants from cuttings.  Good luck.
