Questionmy brother gave me an aleo plant and its the biggest one i ever seen but it just started to wilt and break off its looking bad and it has lots of babies too that just pull off of the root i think it might die what should i do?
AnswerHi Angie,
There are many possible reasons why your Aloe is wilting and looking poorly. Keeping the soil too moist and not providing enough direct sun are the most common reasons. However, without a more complete description of the light, your watering routine, and the specific symptoms, it is hard for me to say exactly what the problem is with your Aloe and what you should do to correct it.
Aloes need small pots, porous potting mixes, lots of sun, and soil that is allowed to dry out regularly.
Please let me know if any of this is unclear or if you have any additional questions.
