Dancing Dolphin Vine---orange/red blooms,looks like dolphins leaping into the air,
SOIL:potting
LIGHT:Bright,indirect light
Blooms:all year--It is not lipstick plant.Very puzzleing.Cannot find it anywhere.

These made-up names for plants make life difficult for everyone, especially the consumer!

It is most likely that your plant is in The Gesneriad family and more specifically it is probably one of the Columnea species. There are hundreds of Columnea hybrids with many different flower color combinations so it is hard to know exactly which variety you are referring to.

Here is a link to a company that sells a plant by that name. Unfortunately, the company does not identify the plant by its correct botanical name. You can probably contact them directly and ask them for the botanical name. If they are selling it, they should know its name!
