AnswerHi m,
You have a miniature rose hybrid. These hybrids are produced to be used as "throwaway" plants. They are small, inexpensive, and usually sold for use indoors. As hybrids they have lost a lot of their winter hardiness and often don't bloom well or at all after the initial flowering period. All you can do is to prolong the life of the buds and flowers by watering thoroughly as soon as the soil surface feels dry and to provide as much direct sun and cool temps as possible.
You have nothing to lose by planting it outdoors, but the chances are not good that it will survive and flower again.
Please let me know if any of this is unclear or if you have any additional questions.
