Questioni have a jasmine sambac about 3 years old that is loosing its leaves, it appears to have lost about 30-40 percent in the last 3 months. i had it out all last summer in a 6 X 6 pot an it did great out there.
the plant(s) is now about 18 inches tall and 24 inches wide.
the leaves dry up and fall off, i dont think i have mites or any type of visible insect infestation or that i am over watering ( well water about a cup or so a week )however i do believe i have some type of fungus or such.
is ther any thing that i can do to make this plant healthy again?
thanks,
joel

AnswerHi Joel,
Other than the loss of leaves, you haven't described any symptoms that suggest a fungus or any other disease. If leaf loss is the only symptom, then I suspect that the transition from outdoors to indoors may be the source of the problem. However, I cannot be sure of that either as you haven't given me any information as to its indoor environment, light, in particular.
Is your Jasmine still in a 6-inch pot or did you repot it when you brought it inside?
Can you e-mail me a photo? That would help a lot. My address is below.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
