Question
I have a white somewhat sticky substance showing up on the leaves of my majesty palm and there are a few small brownish spots on the underside of the leaves.  What is this and how do I take care of it?  Also, my dieffenbachia has started to have some of its leaves turn yellow and there are a few spider-like webs at the base of the plant.  Is this spider mites and if so, how do I treat it?   Thank you for all of your help!

Your Majesty palm has a scale infestation and your Dieffenbachia has a spider mite infestation.
