Is ericaceous compost suitable for growing Calla Zantedeschia in containers in a conservatory. Many thanks

Hi Derek,

Ericaceous compost should be reserved for acid-loving plants - those requiring a pH below 6.0.

Zantedeschia prefers a 6.0 to 6.8 pH range. A peat-based potting mix would be preferable.
