Hi Darlene,
One of my AVs has white(or yellow) powder on only its flowers. And also I noticed that there are very tiny yellow bugs on its flowers and leaves. The new flowers are not getting big enough it is supposed to be. What should I do to solve these problems?

The white powder is pollen from the flowers. It is normal. You can take the plant outside and gently blow it off.

Are you sure that the bugs are really bugs and not just more pollen?  If it is bugs try spraying them with rubbing alcohol daily for a week. That shouldd kill them on contact and kill any eggs that hatch.  Be sure to spray the tops and bottoms of all the leaves.
