QuestionI have 2 plants that came from the same cutting, but they are very different mature plants. One has very long semi-notched leaves and grows a stalk with very red flowers similar to an aloe. It is brighter green.
The other plant that developed from the cutting, has notched leaves and little "leaf-bud" grow completely around the leaf at the notches. The leafbuds become mature plants if they fall in soil. the first year I had the plants they did not produce the leaf-buds or the stalk. They both appeared last October. I have taken them to local nurseries with nothing learned...I do have pics avail, that I can send, or I could try to post them somewhere on the web if you are uncomfortable receiving them. I have looked on many, many web sites, and plant forums, and cannot seem to generate any responses. Any help at all you can provide it greatly appreciated.

AnswerHi Misty,
I think you may have a plant commonly called pregnant plant or mother of thousands. Its botanical name is Kalanchoe daigremontiana.
I would be happy to receive your photos at me address below. With the photos I can positively ID your plant and also be abe to provide sopme specific receommendations.
Please let me know if any of this is unclear or if you have any additional questions.
