QuestionI have a wandering jew plant. We had got it for our wedding and I love it.Why do cats like the plant? This is our third plant. Our cats had ate the entire plant.I also wanted to know if it is danderous for cats. They seem to been doing fine.
AnswerHi there,
Wandering Jews are not considered poisonous to pets or people.
Many cats are attracted to hanging plants with long stems that move about when blown in the wind or batted about. Wandering Jews are also rather juicey when bitten into.
Beyond that, you would have to consult a veterinarian to learn why your cats like to eat your plants.
Please let me know if any of this is unclear or if you have any additional questions.
