what does it mean when you have a water blister on a leave?

Hi Tee,

I have never heard the term "ater blister" applied to plant leaves. I also don't recall ever seeing anything like a water-filled blister on an indoor plant.

What kind of plant has this blister? Can you email a photo of it to me? I am very curious.
