I'd like to know how to hybridize orchids. I know it will be complicated. I don't know where to learn from. Could you please advise me any websites?

I don't know of any on-line sites, but I can recommend the book by the late Rebecca Tyson Northen titled "Home Orchid Growing".  It was published by Prentiss Hall Press.  In the third edition, she has a chapter titled "Growing and Sowing your own seed"
