Hi,should i water my Orchids with just 3 Ice cubes or more water?

Helen, I would go with just water.  You will need to water only when the potting mix is dry.  If the potting mix old and broken down you probably should pot in fresh orchid potting mix.  In this old potting mix, the mix the potting mix will hold water and stay wet longer than on top so it would be helpful to have an orchid potting mix that drains well.  Wet the new potting mix thoroughly before use as the fir bark pieces in it repel water when dry.
