Question
I live in central Florida and we had a freeze and I am afraid 2 of my orchids got hit as I forgot to cover them.   What can I do to revive them?   The stems are still green inside but the leaves have turned yellow or browish and the flowers have died.  Will they come back?

Marilyn, you will likely lose the leaves, but recovery will be dependent upon whether or not the tissue which gives rise to new growth was also damaged. It may also depend upon the types of orchids that got hit by the frost.  Be patient and greatly reduce your watering to these two plants so they are kept on the dry side.
