Questionwhy are there yellow blochy spots on top of some leaves with white powder
under? It is on some stalks as well.
AnswerHello Patricia,
First, let me apologize for taking so long to respond to your question. Had take a few days for R&R with my wife after the holidays.
While I cannot be certain without seeing the blotchy spots, it sounds similar to a leaf spot disease. Cut off the entire infected leaf and discard it in the trash. If more than one leaf is infected, be sure to use a new cutter for each leaf. Why? Using the same cutter to remove additional leafs might spread the disease due to the sap from the prior cut. Also, while removing the leaf(s), try to not make contact with it and other leafs as that might spread the disease to healthy leafs.
Again, I apologize for the late answer, hope this has helped.
