Question
I have some babies coming off the stems of my orchid. Problem is I see no roots coming off. I tried breaking one off & just putting in water to root but I dont think it will work. Do you know if it will or how I can root these babies without them having any roots? Thanks in advance.

Hello Dawn,

You just have to be patient and wait for those baby plantlets to grow some roots.  This can take several months or longer.  Once there are several roots over 2 inches long, you can remove them and put them in a small pot of their own.
