Question
I bought a phal orchid last fall with beautiful yellow flowers, the plant looked young and healthy. I think some water got on the leaves and now all the leaves have fallen off and the flowering stems are dry. Will this plant survive and flower again, I hate to throw it in the trash. Thanks.

From your description of what happened and the condition of the phalaenopsis orchid plant, I'm afraid there is not much hope for yours.  If there were still some green leaves attached, it might have been possible to revive it but with no leaves there is not much that can be done.  

It might be better to just go and get another phal.
