unknown flower   Could you tell me what kind of flower the attached picture of this plant is? I seen it in a public garden.

Thanx for your question.  The photo you provided looks like a balloon flower.  I've attached a link for your review.  The balloon flower comes in shades of pink, white and purple.  I hope this helps.
