QUESTION: I apologize.  I just sent a message and a photo, without finishing the text.  I am also sending a second photo with THIS message.  Thank you for your time and patience!  The plant in question is growing in Phoenix, AZ.  It grew quickly and flowers almost exclusively at the top.  There are newer, younger ones growing around it.  Thank you for any assistance you can give me!  :)

ANSWER: Hi Suzy,
Thanx for the additional information.  Can you send me this photo again please?  I cannot get it to open up and get bigger  so I can see the leaves and flower petals clearly.
thx,
Tom

QUESTION: Thanks, Tom!  I hope this photo helps.  If not, tell me a different way to send it - different file extension, perhaps, or an email address?  I have other photos, too, but can't add more than one to this inquiry...
Suzy

Answer
Hi Suzy,
Sorry to take so long but we had a snocomotion here and although I missed a few days at work, was not able to get to Allexperts until today.  I believe the flower is a yellow cosmos.  Yes, cosmos is an annual but some varieties will grow very tall like your yellow one.  This plant is considered invasive in some southeastern states.  I hope this helps.
Tom
