QuestionDear Expert,
I got 2 plants of poinsettias, both in 4 inch pots, in December. They were indoor with room temperature of about 66 degrees and not near the window. I checked the soil often and only water them when the soil is dry. After 2 weeks the leaf dropping started from bottom up. Now the leaves are all gone.
What did I do wrong? Not enough light? How should I take care of poinsettia to make it true 損erennial? What can I do to revive them right now if I don抰 want to give up?
Mary
AnswerHi Mary,
Thanx for your question. Poinsettias will benefit from bright light and watering once a week in a pot that drains well. Here is a link from Kansas State University that has some excellent information for caring for a poinsettia as a houseplant. I hope this helps.
