YES I AM A RESIDENT IN A NURSING FACILITY AND THE ADMINISTRATOR WILL NOY  GET US ANY FLOWERS (ANNUAL OR PERENIALS)  BULBS OR SEEDS.  A LOT OF US HAD GARDENS AND EACH YEAR WE TRY TO GET SOME ONE TO GIVE US THERE THROW AWAYS OR EXCESS BULBS AND SEEDS.  IS THERE ANY PLACE I CAN PLACE AN AD ON THE INTERNET OR DO YOU KNOW OF SOME PLACES I CAN WRITE TO,  I AM IN SARASOTA FLORIDA

Hi Steve,
Thanx for your question.  I'm sorry to hear that you can't get access to plants.  I should like to think that might be very therapeutic and help contribute to a healthier state of mind.  At any rate, I used to be a Master Gardener here in Kansas.  The Master Gardeners always have outreaches and are very good people who love to share their knowledge and their plants.  Contact the Sarasota Master Gardeners at the link show below.  I'll bet they'll be glad to talk to you and let me know how things go.
