QuestionI have a very old stand, about 30 years, of procumbens nana juniper that covers a bank in my yard. I prune it to keep it in bounds, but have never fertized it. It is beginning to look dull and not growing as well, also getting some dead spots. How can I revitalize it? It is too thick to get a fertilizer into the ground. Is there a foliar spray I can use? Thanks -- Sharon
AnswerHi Sharon,
Thanx for your question. This is really a question for our tree expert. I'm going to refer you to Jim Hyland who is on the Trees forum. Go to Home/Garden then click on Trees and then click on Trees and you'll find Jim. He is more qualified than I am to answer this particular question. I hope this helps.
