Questionhow do you care for poinsettias, yucca elephantipes and cane plants?
AnswerHi Krystal,
Thanx for your question.
Here is a good link from Ohio State University on Poinsettia care and the possibility of getting the plant to reflower next year.

Yucca elephantipes prefers high lighting so put it in an area that that gets full sunlight for a good portion of the day. Do not overwater. The plant does not like to sit in water and this will encourage rot so make sure the pot is free draining. The plant is used as a landscape plant in South Florida, South Texas, part of Arizona and Southern California. Minimum temperatures for short periods should be no lower than 32癋. It is a fairly tough plant though and works well as a houseplant. It has few insect problems.
Cane plants are fairly easy to take care of as house plants. There are so many different varieties I cannot simply lump them all into one category. Some will get by with minimal light and others require high light. Some love lots of water and others resent standing in it. Do you know the specific type of cane you have?
Your questions revolve around houseplants and Allexperts does have a separate forum on Houseplants which has experts with more expertise than I on indoor plants. Just click on Home/Garden and then click on Gardening and you will see the forum for Houseplants.
I hope this helps.
