Thanx for your question. Ornamental grasses are easily transplanted. The best time to do it is in late August or early September. I would cut them back to about 6 inches above the ground and then dig them up and replant in the desired locations. I hope this helps.

Thanx for your question. Yes, you can transplant ornamental grass now. Just make sure you soak it with water after planting, side dress with composted manure.
