Do these come back year after year and how tall do they get?

Hi Renee,
Thanx for your question. Celosis 'Ice Cream Mix' is an annual and a hybrid.  Annuals do not come back year-after-year unless they reseed themselves which some do.  If this plant were to self-seed, the resulting seedlings would not exactly resemble the parent plants because it is a hybrid and would revert back to some prior strains.  'Ice Cream Mix' usuall grows to around 12 inches tall.  I hope this helps.
