Question
I've just planted some snap dragons in my garden. How often should I water them? Is it a good idea to mulch them?If I need to move them in a month's time how should I go about doing this?
I live in Tuscany, Italy and the temperature is about 25 degrees and very sunny all day.

 Snapdragons are annual flowers but they will "reseed" in the fall and you will have at least double the number you had last year.  You have to really watch them so they don't take over an area.  
  Water garden plants when the soil is dry to the touch when you poke your finger down into the soil.  Water at the base of plants, watering on the leaves will only attract pests and yucky stuff!
  You can transplant them at any time.
