QuestionWhen can these plants be transplanted?
AnswerAsiatic lilies should be transplanted in early Spring. In my opinion, it is too late to transplant them this year, because you will mostly likely tear some roots when transplanting and they won't have enough time to develop new one's before winter comes. So you should transplant them in early Spring March or April, when the ground isn't frozen anymore. Make sure to use a B1 root stimulator to help with transplant shock and feed them a slow release fertilizer like Osmocote in the hole when you plant them. Also make sure the bulbs are planted deep enough, at least 6-8".
