I live in Ohio. When is the best time of year to move a bleeding heart plant?

 Fall is the best time.  I suggest early fall depending on your growing zone.  If you've had a frost or are getting near to that time....wait till spring.  It may not bloom that spring but it should get back to schedule the next year.
