My Honey Suckle is very woody and not flowering.New leaves grow but then die off, although the plant is growing it has few leaves and no flowers.

Hi Chris,
Thanx for your question.  I would prune the plant back severaly this fall and it will generate new growth in the spring which should result in lots of new green growth and flowers.  Here is a link I hope you will find helpful.
