hi tom,

i love plants and have had a garden now for three years.  i have had success for the most part but i cannot get my hibiscus buds to bloom.  they are there but they don't open.  also, i have a daylilie plant that is yellow and it has been blooming for weeks now but my peach daylilie plant the buds open and then they turn brown and die.  please tell me what i must do to help them.  i have sprayed seven thinking that there was a bug eating them.

Thanx for your question.  Can you tell me approximately where you're located?  Are the hibiscus hardy or the tropical type?  Have you had problems with the hibiscus blooming before?  How does the foliage look?  Please give me this additional information so I can help you.
