Questionon the stella d'oro, what are the pods that come out on other stems, after the blooms have died out?do they hold seeds?
AnswerHi Diane,
Thanx for your question. You are describing seedpods and after they turn brown and begin to split open you will find shiny black seeds inside. They are relatively easy to grow. I would cut the pods off as I find them unsightly. You can cut the stem down to the ground and remove the whole thing without harming the plants. I hope this helps.
