QuestionHi...
I just purchased potted petunias and planted them in my southern exposure garden. The next day, they wilted. The blooms are there, and some of them are wilted as well, but not all. I live in South Florida (Zone 10). What have I done wrong? They are in full sun. Please help!
AnswerHi Stacy,
Thanx for your question. Sometimes plants will become shocked at being transplanted particularly if the day was warmer or cooler than normal. Make sure you watered the plants well. Also, if a plant was at a nursery and not in direct sunlight they can suffer shock from being planted in direct sunlight. I think your petunias will come out of it. Water them once a week if you haven't got regular rain. I hope this helps.
