QuestionHi, Tom: I wonder if vinca is ennial or perenial. Can I reproduce it by separating its root? Thank you in advance.

AnswerHi Aaron,
Thanx for your question. The vinca that you buy in the nursery is grown as an annual in most of the U.S. Vinca minor which is also known as periwinkle is perennial and usually an evergreen ground cover. It can be propagated by divisions of the plant. Annual vinca is best grown from seed. I hope this helps.
