Live in south eastern part of Pennsylvania. near Philadelphia,PA. To protect my fox gloves plants, is there anything special I should  do to protect the plant from the winter weather? thanks.

Hi Joyce,
Thanx for your question.  Your foxglove plants are totally hardy in SE PA.  There is nothing special you need to do to protect them fo winter.  You could put a couple of inches of cedar mulch but you really don't need it.  I hope this helps.
