Question
Hi,  My Lily of the Valley plants are blooming right now.  I would like to transplant some to share with a friend out of state.  Are these hardy enough to withstand the trip and how/when should I mail them to her?  Thanks!

Right before or right when the Lilies of the Valley start coming up from the ground is the best time for tranIf the Lily has already bloomed, wait until fall to transplant.

I love Lilies of the Valley.I've had great luck in transplanting them in spring and fall!!
