I am trying to find out if the Wishing Well, also called the JACchamp is still available, I have not been able to locate this particular rose bush. Thank you for your time and rely to my question.

Wishing Well was a rose introduced for the florist trade by Jackson and Perkins in California. They are now gone and they were the main ones that carried the rose. FTD had a lot of bouquets with this rose in  them. They were especially for people who were sick.  Because this is a florist rose, if you are in the States, you might have some success by asking a florist that does business with FTD about the rose and whether or not you can purchase it. It is possible to make a rose bush from a cut rose if you get the cut rose fresh from a florist. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
