Question
I actually have 2 questions. First one, Where can I find the miniature rose by the name Sun sprinkles? I live in Louisville Ky. which is zone 6. My other question concerns a climber rose bush that I have. One of the canes, the biggest cane on the bush, is grey in color. Last spring, it actually had new growth on it, but it wasn't full. Should I just completely cut it to the grown? And will that make it come back healthy?

Sun Sprinkles is a well known and well loved little rose and many nurseries carry it. However you may have to order it through mail order.

Even try Googling it and see what comes up.
When rose canes get old they turn grey but they can still push out new growth. If there are other canes on the rose bush, then cut this big, old one right down to the base and that will make room for new basal canes to come up. However if there are not many canes, then only cut it back by a half.
