QuestionIs is possible to plant double knock-out rosebushes in the fall or are they only planted in the spring?

AnswerKnock Out roses are hardy but most roses need to settle in for a year if they have to go through a very cold winter. If you get a cold winter then I would wait until the spring for planting. But if the winter is not a nasty one, then the fall would be okay.
