droopy rose leaves

Question
I have a David Austin standard rose which has been planted for 3 months.  When I planted it, it had 3 buds on it and they all bloomed.  I cut the dead blooms off and new growth appeared.  Now the new growth is all wilting.  Not sure what to do now.

Answer
When a rose has drooping leaves then it is the roots that are complaining. Usually they are telling you that they don't have enough water or too much water. Also high heat will always make a newly planted rose leaves hang down because the roots go under stress and semi shut down. So when you water, wash the rose bush down as rose leaves are capable of taking up the water. Don't give it any fertilizer if it is hot as the heat will make the fertilizer burn the rose.
