AnswerThe general rule for using any sprays is never to spray plants when the temperatures are hot in the summer. The heat, plus the chemicals can actually cause a rose to die because it burns the foliage. Cut the rose back to about 12 inches so the roots don't have a lot of leaves and canes to sustain. I would wash the bushes down with water daily and try and dilute the chemicals if you can. I think you will find that the bushes will slowly start to make normal growth in a couple of weeks.
