QuestionWe have one rose bush left after this past harsh winter in Chicago area. This one rose bush came back with lots of branches and leaves but no rose buds. How do I get it to bloom again? I have experienced this type of problem before and I ended up digging the plant and replanted new ones. But I really want to learn how to get this one plant to bloom again.
