All my rose buds are scorching and falling off unopened.
Can you tell me why?

To answer correctly, I would have to know where you garden. Is it the sun that is too hot?  Have you sprayed recently, especially if it was hot? Perhaps it is the rose midge but that would be determined where you garden. Let me know and will be able to answer your question with more accuracy.
