where can one buy rose petals for culinary use? is there a producer who cultivates organic roses? There are sugared rose petals for sale from a company in the South of France is there a producer there?
I have researched and so far not been successful please help

Interesting question. You didn't say where you are or if they are just for your own use. Culinary rose petals are just roses that have not been commercially sprayed but  sprayed, with the same organics used for fruit and vegetables. You buy the flowers with stems attached as you would from say a florist. Then you place them in a vase of water and wait until they are opening up the way you want. You can then take the petals off and use them in recipes.
Palatine Roses in Canada is an organic grower as well as Ashdown in the United States and Silkie Gardens in Australia, Kordes in Germany but I am sure there are other smaller ones.
