Question
Should I be cutting the chewed up leaves off my rose bush if so where? Do I cut them at the cane or just the chewed up leaves? I'm not sure if its affecting the other leaves or not. It sure doesn't bring the beauty out in the rest of the rose bush.  Thank you.

Roses do need all the greenery they can get even if it looks messy. Leaves provide the energy to make flowers but if there is half of the leaf left I would leave it on but you can cut off all th other ones and the rose will make new ones in a week or two.
